The authority

Thirty years. Every battle won. One mission: results.

Rick Spair

When enterprises hit the wall on AI, digital transformation or revenue growth, they call me. For more than three decades I have walked into the toughest technology and go to market challenges in the Fortune 500 and mid market and turned them into wins, delivering roughly $1.2 billion in enterprise solutions and consistently crushing quota at 180% attainment.

I build AI that ships, governance that survives a board meeting, and revenue engines that turn stalled pipelines into predictable growth. As a fractional Chief AI and Revenue Officer, I cut through vendor noise, rewire sales and business development for how buyers really decide, and put durable capability into production while competitors are still reading the press release.

Nineteen books on AI and digital transformation. More than 700 podcast episodes. Founder of AIXF and publisher of DX Today. One standard every time: real results, no hype.
